With a width of just 63 mm, this multi-axis system is ideal for positioning applications where space is a major consideration. Driven by DC motor, combined with a fine thread lead screw, the XYZ system not only achies very high resolution, it also offers an exceptional price-performance ratio.
Easy to control
Our compact FMC200 series motion controller, optionally with our intuitive start-up software FMC Quick Access for first tests, is a perfect match for this small multi-axis system. The stage is of course also available separately as the MT63 micro stage.
